Lead Time

 

• Product options display as either Quick Ship or Made to Order on the website
• Quick Ship items in stock in the US: 4-5 business days
• Made to Order items from Belgium: 10-12 weeks

 

Shipping Cost

 

We have one shipping class, Standard, for which there is a flat fee of 12% of the order value.

 

Returns

 

Vincent Sheppard USA accepts returns initiated up to 10 business days from order receipt as confirmed by shipment tracking. Please contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

 

• All items must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging will not be refunded.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Returns require prior authorization.
